This is not a 4 star hotel, the whole time we were there the air conditioning was not working so hot air was circulating through the room all day. The swimming pool is shared with the hotel next door because it is owned by the same people. Also try not to use the lift as you may find yourself stuck in it. I especially would avoid taking any young children in it. My 5 year old and i got stuck in it for a minute or so and it was not pleasant, the lights went out and it became pitch black ! Upon talking to the other patrons, i was informed that i was not the first person to experience this. The funny thing is we paid extra to upgrade from one hotel and just ended up in a slightly better one. Mind you they were all owned by this same group. If you go to Malta... Go 5 star !

this is not a 4 star hotel like the QWARA PALACE/SUNCREST/COASTLINE or DOLMEN.My wife and I have stayed in these hotels and they are true 4 star hotels.The food was disgusting and the rooms are in very urgent need of renovation.2 star value.

good food and helpful staff i and my wife enjoyed our three visits to this hotel it is ideal for going to all parts of malta as the bus service is excellent even though some of the buses are a little on the old side
